The concept of The Spectrum of Space sits at the core of Hedge.  We named the business ‘Hedge’ as we set out to connect the  ‘fields’ of traditional space and flexible space, not differentiate between them, instead focussing our advice on delivering the correct real estate solution for each asset.

Our vision of the spectrum incorporates a 20 year lease on a CAT A basis at one end to a shared workspace at the other – the point at which each asset sits on the spectrum defines its delivery and leasing strategy, all enabled by Hedge.
